Services included but not limited to:

• Lodging accommodation research and recommendations based on desires and budget.

 

• Transportation recommendation to and from destination based on research, preference and budget.

 

• Intricate and detailed research with information regarding all travel requirements during the duration of the experience.

 

• Detailed and specialized research specified activities suggestions and itinerary ideas during the full duration of the experience all to fit YOU.

 

• Coordination of all necessary bookings including lodging, transportation, and activities.

 

After all of the above services are finalized – a suggested full personalized itinerary will be provided for the entire duration of the Simply Amazing Experience, including all pertinent details to ensure an experience you will never forget!

Change of itinerary:          

 

Please note we strive to accommodate our customers in every way possible. We are more than happy to adjust any initial plans before research starts.  Once in the planning process changes in location, number of participants, and/or days of experience is subject to a $25 change of itinerary fee. 

 

 

Refund Policy:    

 

Planning fee is nonrefundable; supplier refunds are subject to their policies at time of booking and vary by supplier.
